Problem
Investing can seem daunting and stressful. Users of the U.S. Bank mobile app were not readily using the Automated Investor feature because the concept felt intimidating and the investment goals felt too lofty and unrelatable.
Solution Strategy
We needed to create an easy to understand and relatable workflow that helped users see themselves in the product. I took on improving the onboarding experience, creating 12 unique user-determined investment workflows.
