Problem

Installs are complicated. The innovative Lunar modular system means each system could be different which presents a real challenge for installers and the teams training them. The slight differences in each install lead to errors, repeat visits, and ultimately lost time and frustrated installers.

Solution Strategy

We needed to create an app that cut down on commissioning times by not requiring internet access, gave installers the information they needed to problem solve, and allowed for seamless communication between installers, customers, and repair teams.
